เรื่องที่ 353 พระคัมภีร์ใบลานนี้ ได้มาจากวัดแหลมหิน ต.หนองคันทรง อ.เมือง จ.ตราด เมื่อวันที่ 22 มกราคม 2532 เป็นคัมภีร์อักษรขอมทั้งผูก ชื่อเรื่องแปลเป็นภาษาบาลี-ไทย ตัวอักษรหนังสือเป็นเส้นจาร ฉบับล่องชาติ ไม้ประกับธรรมดา มีทั้งหมด 9 ผูก พระอนุรุทธาจารย์ เป็นผู้แต่ง จีนต่วน,แดงกิ๋ม เป็นผู้สร้าง หอสมุดแห่งชาติฯ 3-4,6,8-9,17-18
เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับพุทธประวัติ เรื่องปฐมสมโพธิ เดิมมีผู้แต่งไว้เป็นภาษาบาลี ไม่ทราบแน่ชัดว่าเป็นของผู้ใด ต่อมาจึงมีผู้แปลไว้เป็นภาษาไทย ครั้งถึงสมัยรัชกาลที่ ๓ พระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงมีรับสั่งให้กรมหมื่นไกรสรวิชิตกราบทูลอาราธนาสมเด็จพระมหาสมณเจ้า กรมพระปรมานุชิตชิโนรสเมื่อยังเป็นกรมหมื่นนุชิตชิโนรส ให้ทรงชำระเรื่องนี้ จนกระทั่งสำเร็จบริบูรณ์ในวันแรม ๔ ค่ำเดือน ๗ พุทธศักราช ๒๓๘๘ พระปฐมสมโพธิกถาแบ่งเนื้อหาออกเป็นตอนๆ เรียกว่า ปริเฉท มีทั้งหมด 29 ปริเฉท กล่าวถึงศักยวงศ์หรือศากยวงศ์และโกลิยวงศ์ ความเป็นมาพระพุทธเจ้าตั้งแต่ประสูติ ตรัสรู้ และปรินิพพาน
