The idea of setting up prectical primary care system Researcher Abstract A summary of the resource. จากรูปแบบและแนวคิดที่นำสู่การพัฒนารูปธรรมการจัดและให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ที่เป็น ไปได้จริง ตามการปรับเปลี่ยนด้านนโยบายสุขภาพและแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพในแง่ของโครงสร้าง-กลไก-เครื่องมือ-วิธีการทำงาน กระบวนการพัฒนาผู้ให้บริการและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่อยู่บนฐานของการพัฒนาและเรียนรู้ร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบจากสถานการณ์จริงในบริบทสังคมวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละพื้นที่ การปรับเปลี่ยนด้านนโยบายสุขภาพ และ การปฏิรูประบบสุขภาพ ทั้งนักวิชาการ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทั้งในระดับผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และ ประชาชน ชี้ให้เห็นกระบวนการในการพัฒนาคน เครื่องมือการทำงาน วิธีการทำงาน และผลกระทบจากการพัฒนาจากบทเรียนดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นบทบาทและหน้าที่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ดังนี้ (1) ผู้จัดการสุขภาพองค์รวม (2) ผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพ (3) ผู้นิเทศและติดตาม (4) พยาบาลชุมชน โดยมีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการให้การดูแลในทุกมิติของประชาชน จัดตั้งเครือข่ายการดูแลสุขภาพ ให้การดูแลต่อเนื่อง ให้การดูแลครอบครัว และ ป้องกันและส่งเสริมอนามัย
